01 WHO WE ARE

02 WHAT WE COLLECT

Information you give us. Your name, mobile number, email, and state when you request the calculator, manual, or a call. Answers you enter into tools like the VGLI calculator, such as your age and coverage amount. Anything you tell us in a message.

Information you share during a consultation. To quote or apply for coverage, we may ask for your date of birth, current coverage, beneficiary details, and health history. We only ask for what the quote or application needs.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools described in Section 07.

03 HOW WE USE IT

  • To send what you requested, like the calculator or manual
  • To schedule and hold your consultation, and send reminders
  • To prepare quotes and, at your request, submit applications to insurance companies
  • To follow up by text, call, or email with your consent (Section 04)
  • To service your policy after it's issued
  • To improve our site and measure which of our ads are working
  • To meet legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements

04 TEXT MESSAGES AND CALLS

When you submit a form on our site and check or agree to the consent language, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Service Member Protection Advisors at the number you provided, including messages sent by automated means and calls using AI or prerecorded voice, about your request and our insurance services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by calling 512-357-7698 or emailing [EMAIL].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This does not limit sharing with service providers who send messages on our behalf, such as our texting and phone platform, who may only use it to deliver our messages. See our Terms for the full text-messaging terms.

05 HOW WE SHARE IT

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these cases:

  • Licensed advisors on our team who handle your request.
  • Insurance companies you choose to apply with, so they can underwrite and issue a policy. Their own privacy notices then apply.
  • Service providers who run our CRM, scheduling, texting, phone, email, and website, under contracts that limit their use of your data to serving us.
  • Legal and regulatory reasons, such as a subpoena, a state insurance department request, or to protect against fraud.
  • A business transfer, if our agency is merged or sold, under this same policy.

06 HEALTH INFORMATION

Life insurance pricing depends on health. Any health details you share are used only to quote you and, when you ask us to, to apply on your behalf. We share them only with the insurance company you choose, with your authorization. As part of underwriting, insurers may check medical, prescription, and industry databases under their own authorizations and privacy notices.

07 COOKIES AND ADVERTISING

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to run the site, remember your preferences, and measure our advertising. 08 SECURITY AND RETENTION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We keep information as long as we need it to serve you, maintain your policy, and meet insurance record-keeping laws, then delete or de-identify it.

09 YOUR CHOICES

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Calls and email: ask us to stop, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • See, correct, or delete your data: email [EMAIL] or call 512-357-7698. We’ll verify it’s you and respond within the time your state’s law requires. Some records must be kept for insurance regulations.
  • State rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We won’t treat you differently for using them.

10 CHILDREN

Our site and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11 CHANGES

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change to how we use your information, we'll post it here before it takes effect.
